Brazilian legend Ronaldo has taken centre stage in a new Snickers advert poking fun at his nation's rivalry with Argentina.
In the clip, which was launched shortly after Argentina were battered 6-1 by Spain in an international friendly on Tuesday, fans of the South American nation are seen celebrating a goal.
Ronaldo is then seen celebrating the same goal, much to the astonishment of his (presumably Brazilian) friends who quickly feed him some chocolate and relief his confusion.
Moment's later - after realising the error of his ways - the Brazil hero, who represented both Barcelona and Real Madrid and club level, quickly sits back down and pretends like nothing ever happened...
Snickers have this week launched a campaign, created by AlmapBBDO, which will take place through July 2018.
To participate, consumers aged 18 and over are encouraged to register codes present on product packaging in more than 50 countries across 4 continents: America, Europe, Asia and Africa to win the chance to meet Ronaldo in Brazil in October.
