SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 18 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission said it has asked real estate investment trust (REIT) Super Borovets Property Fund [BUL:6SB] to make corrections to its prospectus for listing a 10 million euro ($11.7 million) bond issue on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
The company has one month to resolve the discovered discrepancies and fill in all missing information and submit the corrected version to the FSC, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
Earlier this month, Super Borovets Property Fund increased its capital to 16.2 million levs from 10.6 million levs via the issuance of 5.6 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each at a price of 1.8 levs apiece.
